📚 Упис у Недељну Школу – 7. септембар 2025.

Почиње нова школска година у нашој парохији

Драги парохијани,
С благословом Божијим, са радошћу вас обавештавамо да почиње нова школска година за нашу недељну школицу при цркви.

📅 Дан уписа: Недеља, 7. септембар 2025.
🕙 Време: 10:00 часова
📍 Место: Црквена сала

Уписнице су доступне на српском и енглеском језику – попуните их на језику који вам више одговара.

🧒 Старосне групе и учитељи

И ове године школицу организујемо у три групе:

  • Узраст 3–5 година
  • Узраст 5–8 година
  • Узраст 8 и више година

Наши посвећени учитељи – Влада, Зорица и Александра – дочекаће вас у недељу 7. септембра од 10 часова у сали да преузму попуњене уписнице или вам дају празне за попуњавање.

Важно:

  • Друга и трећа група (5–8 и 8+) почињу са радом одмах након уписа.
  • Прва група (3–5 година) почиње са радом 5. октобра, када се њихова учитељица, протиница Сава, врати из Србије.

🙏 Искрена молба родитељима

Сваке године школска година почиње са великим ентузијазмом – родитељи уписују децу, учитељи припремају материјале и часове. Али, већ после неколико недеља почиње изостајање и кашњење, што озбиљно утиче на рад школе.

Молимо вас да имате у виду следеће:

  • Нередовно похађање и кашњење ометају наставу и рад са децом.
  • Када деца не дођу на час, припремљени материјали пропадају, а труд учитеља се обесмишљава.
  • Кашњење ремети ток часа, јер се све мора понављати због оних који долазе касније. То није фер ни према учитељима, ни према деци која су редовна.
  • На крају сваке године, деца добијају дипломе и поклоне за редовно похађање. Није у реду да се иста признања дају и онима који долазе повремено.

Ако нисте сигурни да ћете бити у могућности да дете доводите редовно, молимо вас да га не уписујете ове године – биће прилике касније.

Не заборавимо: није до деце, до родитеља је.

A New School Year Begins at Our Parish

Dear Parishioners,
With the blessing of God, we joyfully announce the start of a new school year for our Parish Sunday School.

📅 Registration Day: Sunday, September 7, 2025
🕙 Time: 10:00 a.m.
📍 Location: Church Hall

Registration forms are available in Serbian and English—please fill them out in the language that is most convenient for you.

🧒 Age Groups and Teachers

Our Sunday School program will once again offer three age-based groups:

  • Ages 3–5
  • Ages 5–8
  • Ages 8 and up

Our dedicated teachers—Vlada, Zorica, and Aleksandra—will be present on registration day to collect your forms and answer any questions you may have.

Please note:

  • Groups 2 and 3 (ages 5–8 and 8+) will begin classes immediately after registration.
  • Group 1 (ages 3–5) will begin classes on October 5, upon the return of their teacher, Protinica Sava, from Serbia.

🙏 A Sincere Appeal to Parents

Every year, our school begins with great enthusiasm—children are enrolled, teachers prepare lessons and materials with care. However, after just a few weeks, we often see a decline in attendance and punctuality.

We respectfully ask all parents to consider the following:

  • Irregular attendance and tardiness hinder the learning experience for all students.
  • When children miss classes, prepared materials go unused and teachers’ time and energy are wasted.
  • Late arrivals disrupt the class, requiring teachers to repeat lessons and interrupt the flow of learning.
  • At the end of each school year, only students with regular attendance receive diplomas and gifts—a tradition meant to recognize commitment and consistency.

If you are unsure about your ability to bring your child regularly, we kindly ask that you wait to enroll them when you can commit. We truly appreciate your understanding, as it ensures a better experience for everyone involved.

Let us remember: It is not the responsibility of the children, but of the parents.

💃 Folklore and Martial Arts Programs

In addition to Sunday School, we are excited to offer:

  • Folk Dance Group Registration: Also held on September 7. If you wish for your children to participate, please register them on the same day.
  • Martial Arts Classes: Led by our parishioner and martial arts Grandmaster Miloš Drakulić. These classes will take place after the Divine Liturgy in the church hall. Registration is open to all interested children.
