Bozanic Law

Zeljka Bozanic was born in Serbia, lived in South Africa and settled down in South Florida. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Master’s Degree in Finance and Juris Doctor degree.

FORMER PROSECUTOR
Ms. Bozanic started working at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office as a Certified Legal Intern before she graduated from law school.

After obtaining her Juris Doctor degree, she was offered a permanent position at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s office as an Assistant State Attorney where she prosecuted various crimes ranging from Narcotics, White Collar Crimes, Domestic Violence and Violent Crimes.

Ms. Bozanic was an adjunct professor of Criminal Law at City College.

Ms. Bozanic is a member of the Bar of the State of Florida. She is also licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court, United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Ms. Bozanic has dedicated her whole career to defending clients’s constitutional rights in court and making sure that justice is served.

Ms. Bozanic is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Florida Bar Criminal Trial Section, and Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
